Updates

Fixed a bug where if you die on the first level, it would crash when you got all the pickups.  Also added some levels to make the total a nice even 10.  Added a "?" button on the menu screen that will give you new tips with each of the progressing beginning levels.  Also, made it so that if you get stuck in a wall, it will only try to escape for a limited time before your player pops.
